Portrait of Fibha Nazim

Fibha Nazim is an analyst with the Renewables in Remote Communities program and is based in Calgary. She recently completed a master’s degree in development practice (MDP) at the University of Waterloo where she focused on energy policy, energy transition, climate change, and sustainable development. She has previously worked as a consultant and researcher on renewable energy development, rural energy access and climate-smart agriculture.

Fibha is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the field of energy policy and sustainability. Her commitment to addressing energy access as a core issue drives her efforts in championing sustainable development and affordable energy access on national and global scales. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, reading, and playing golf.
