The Climate Change Bureau of Environment Canada sponsored a Pembina Institute pilot initiative entitled the One Tonne Corporate Challenge (OTCC). The goal of the OTCC was to encourage employees from participating corporations to reduce their personal greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. This report details the Pembina Institute's experience in coordinating the OTCC, as well as some of the various strategies used and results achieved. Lessons learned in the process of project design, development and implementation are also outlined.
