The Canadian Renewable Energy Alliance (CanREA), of which Pembina is a founding member, has produced a model national renewable energy and energy efficiency strategy for Canada. The model strategy includes an overall framework plus a series of 8 specific recommendations on areas ranging from energy efficiency to biofuels. Each set of recommendations is accompanied by a background paper.
