Pembina Reacts: Election 2008

Fighting global warming pollution was a central election issue in the October 2008 federal election. Every federal party recognized that they must fulfill Canadians' call for action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Pembina Institute experts offered reaction to party policy proposals. Our views were presented from a strictly non-partisan perspective. Our assessments were objective, fair and grounded in our past research and the research of other leading thinkers.
