The Coalition for a Better Future will participate in its sixth Campus Tour event on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, in Edmonton at the University of Alberta. The co-chairs, Hon. Anne McLellan and Hon. Lisa Raitt, will be joined by Simon Dyer, Deputy Executive Director of the Pembina Institute, for a panel discussion led by Dr. Marvin Washington, Dean of the College of Social Sciences & Humanities. Andrea Hepp, President of Atlas Carbon Storage at Shell, will deliver welcoming remarks.

This Campus Tour is open to all students at the University of Alberta, focusing on those from the College of Social Sciences & Humanities, representing four faculties: Alberta School of Business, Arts, Education and Law.

The conversation starting point is "At the core of what we do is a belief that the decisions we make today as policymakers, businesses, stakeholders and individuals will determine Canada’s level of prosperity for years to come." What decisions are needed and how do governments and parties need to work together?
