Shannon Ross is an administrative coordinator at the Pembina Institute, bringing with her an array of skills in business operations support ranging from office management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, human resources and communications, as well as project management and data analysis.

Prior to joining the Pembina Institute, Shannon focused her career on supporting vulnerable populations in educational settings, housing communities, health and wellness, and advocacy. Shannon has formal education and training in a variety of areas, including leadership development, health and safety, women's studies, and human services training.

Shannon utilizes her toolbox of skills to help support leadership in business operations and coordination. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys hiking, camping, and travelling with her family.
