Samuel is the Pembina Institute's senior lead, Salesforce and data, and ensures that the organization’s CRM systems reflect the needs of its staff.
He has helped configure systems for several industries such as biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, and telecommunications. Samuel began his career by completing a Bachelor of Communications at Carleton University before continuing his studies through a post-graduate Business Management program at Humber College. He is also a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Trailhead Ranger who enjoys analyzing data through tools that help visualize trends.
In his free time, some of Samuel's hobbies include working out, golfing, and cheering on the Raptors.
