Last night, CBC news reported on leaked cabinet documents that show the federal government has been considering setting greenhouse-gas reduction targets that are more than three times lower than those announced in their Turning the Corner plan.
Earlier today, Matthew Bramley, director of Pembina's Climate Change Program, and other members of Climate Action Network spoke with reporters at a news conference in Copenhagen to explain the significance of the policies outlined in the documents.
