This paper contains the Pembina Institute’s comments for the B.C. government’s second consultation period toward a new Climate Leadership Plan.
The Pembina Institute supports the 32 recommendations put forth by the Climate Leadership Team and encourages the government to implement the package of recommendations as a minimum bar for a strong plan.
In this paper, we give further suggestions on how B.C. can develop an effective plan that ensures B.C. contributes its fair share to national and global efforts to solve the climate crisis.
